Right of withdrawal
If you wish to change the product you received, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact details can be found below. You may use the attached model withdrawal form.
Returns are accepted during the period of 15 working days from the date of delivery.
In order for us to accept the return , the product should be in excellent condition , along with the package and the tag. Moreover, the package you wish to return should contain the proof of payment or invoice that you received with the product.
The responsibility for the return is exclusively up to you , so you should keep in mind the safe transportation. The shipping cost is not included.
